The PillarLIFT takes sewer lifts stations to the next level. With the revolutionary pump elevator, inspections and pump replacements become quick and easy. No more lifting heavy 60-100 lb. pumps in emergency/time sensitive situations from the bottom of a pump tank. Simply use a cordless 1/2″ Impact Wrech Drill with a 1-1/2″ Socket to bring the grinder pump to the top of the tank.
PillarLIFT is a prefabricated grinder package system for new sewer installs and retrofit/repair applications. The 5 models (PL-1, PL-2, PL–3, PL-S, PL-PC) come complete in a 100 gallon pump tank that is water tested and ballasted with an anti-flotation concrete bottom. Control Panel are pre-wired and mounted on a 16″ aluminum pedestal. When pre-wired at the factory, no spices are added from the floats and pump to the control panel (i.e. homerun). Additional 16″ and 26″ pedestals can be purchased separately in-order to extend the control panel further above grade. If you choose to mount and control panel in another remote location (i.e. side of house, basement, etc.), the T-mount that the aluminum pedestal attaches to allows for that option in the field.
The PillarLIFT was designed with ease of installation and serviceability in mind. While the 100 gallon tank creates emergency storage volume if the grinder pump fails, time is still an issue. With a plug-and-play design, the grinder pump can be replaced with most any grinder pump from your local supply house. As long as the pump meets the Total Dynamic Head (TDH) and Gallons per Minute (GPM) flow designed for the system, then most any 115V or 230V grinder pump will substitute for the replacement. This allows for little down time when needing to replace a pump fast.
A 4″ rubber hub comes shipped loose with the PillarLift so that the inlet can be cut onsite. A 5″ hole saw is required.
